Privacy Policy

This policy describes how the iOS app "Unbirthday" (the "App") handles your information.

1. We collect nothing

The developer does not collect, receive, or transmit any personal information, usage data, or the days you register. The App contains no analytics or advertising SDKs.

2. Where your data lives

Your registered days (titles, dates, photos, and settings) are stored only on your device and in the private database of your own iCloud account. iCloud sync uses Apple's CloudKit; the developer cannot access its contents. iCloud is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

3. Photo access

The App uses the system photo picker, which does not give the App access to your photo library. Only the photos you explicitly select are stored as App data.

4. Notifications

Milestone alerts are local notifications that never leave your device. You can change notification permissions in Settings at any time.

5. Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple's App Store. The developer never receives your payment details.

6. Changes to this policy

Any changes will be announced on this page, and significant changes will also be announced in the App.
