These terms govern your use of the iOS app "Unbirthday" (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the App

The App is provided for recording and displaying personal days and anniversaries. You may not use it for unlawful purposes.

2. In-app purchases

Additional functionality (unlimited days) is offered as a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple's App Store. Purchases and refunds are subject to Apple's terms. There is no subscription.

3. Your data

Your data is stored on your device and in your own iCloud account. The developer is not liable for data loss caused by device or iCloud settings, failures, or similar events. Please keep iCloud sync enabled for important data.

4. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.

5. Intellectual property

Rights to the App and related works belong to the developer. Rights to the content you register (titles, photos, etc.) remain yours.

6. Changes

Changes to these terms will be announced on this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
